DiFrisco Development is a veteran-owned, boutique property development firm located in Melbourne, FL. We use a formal but very flexible business process, encompassing activities that range from the renovation and re-lease or sale of existing buildings to the purchase and development of raw land and the sale of developed land or parcels. We are the people who coordinate all of these activities, converting ideas from paper to reality.

We purchase land, finance real estate deals, contract with skilled builders to build projects, create, imagine, control, and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end.

Our experience includes historic renovations of multi-tenant properties in historic districts, to renovation and leasing of single family homes to development & sale of entire neighborhoods of single family and multifamily structures.
